How do I wear the device correctly?
Our monitors are designed for comfort and accuracy. Simply follow the step-by-step guide or watch our short video to ensure proper placement. Make sure the leads are firmly attached and the device is charged.
Can I shower or exercise while wearing the monitor?
This depends on the model. Some monitors are water-resistant, while others must be removed during showering. Please refer to your specific device instructions or contact us if you’re unsure.
How long will I need to wear the monitor?
Monitoring durations vary depending on your doctor’s recommendation—commonly 24 hours to 14 days. Your doctor will advise based on your condition and symptoms.
What should I do if the device beeps or disconnects?
If your device alerts you, check that all leads are properly connected and the device is powered. Refer to the troubleshooting guide in the Instructions for Use section or contact support for help.
How do I return the device after monitoring?
Use the prepaid return label and packaging provided in your kit. Follow the return instructions included or view the device return video guide. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Where can I download the instruction manual?
By going to the Instructions for Use section in our website will give you access to all the setup manuals you will need.
Will I receive a copy of my results?
Results are sent directly to your doctor. If you’d like a copy, please request it from your healthcare provider. We do not share reports directly with patients unless authorized.
